AI search (GEO)

What are AI answers and GEO?

Clients used to search on Yandex and browse websites. Now they increasingly ask ChatGPT, Alice or GigaChat to "recommend a good…" — and the AI names specific companies. GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) is the work of making sure your brand is the one named in those answers.

How does the AI decide who to recommend?

The AI doesn't "invent" a recommendation — it relies on sources: aggregators and directories, ratings and round-ups, reviews, and how clearly the information on your site is marked up. We work precisely with those sources so the AI finds and cites you.

What exactly do you do?

First an audit: we capture who the AI recommends in your niche now and what it cites. Then we get you into those sources — ratings, aggregators, platforms — and bring your site into a form that's easy for the AI to "read" (structured markup, question-and-answer blocks). After that we measure your share of mentions on a regular basis.

How soon should I expect results?

Usually within 4–6 weeks. AI assistants don't update their sources instantly, so we run a control measurement, "before → after", on the same queries — so you see the result in numbers, not words.

How does "Audit + recommendations" differ from "Turnkey"?

In the "Audit + recommendations" plan we tell you exactly what to fix in your product and presence for AI search, and you make the changes yourself. In the "Turnkey" plan we do all the work: get you into the sources, prepare the site and bring you into the answers.

Why does the price depend on business type (freelancer / sole proprietor / company)?

The scope of work differs: a freelancer usually has a single service and a narrow niche, while a company has several directions, branches, and more sources and queries to work through. So each business type gets a fair price of its own, not a one-size-fits-all average.

Do you guarantee first place in AI answers?

No, and no one honestly can — the answer is shaped by the AI itself. We guarantee work on the sources the AI draws its recommendations from, and transparent "before → after" measurement. In practice the share of mentions grows, and you can see it in the control queries.

Telegram and MAX bots

Does a bot need a server?

Yes. A bot is a program that has to run around the clock, so its code "lives" somewhere 24/7. We set up the hosting (usually around ₽500/mo, registered in the client's name) and hand it over to you. Under a maintenance plan we can keep the hosting on our side.

Does a bot need a paid AI subscription?

A button-driven bot — no. It's scripted code: buttons, menus and answer branches always work and need no AI. An AI subscription/key is only needed if the bot needs free-form dialogue (answering any question in its own words) — and then the key is registered to the client's account, with payment going directly to the provider.

How does a button-driven bot differ from a mini-app?

A button-driven bot is a dialogue with buttons and menus right in the chat. A mini-app is a full screen inside the messenger: catalog, booking form, cart, personal account. A mini-app looks and works like a small website inside Telegram or MAX.

Can you build a bot for Telegram and MAX at once?

Yes. We use a shared stack, so we write the bot's logic once and launch it in both messengers. It's cheaper and faster than ordering two bots from scratch, and it doubles your audience reach.

What's included in bot maintenance?

Hosting on our side, uptime monitoring, edits to flows and copy, minor improvements and analytics. In short — the bot is always up and running, and you don't have to think about the server or updates.

How long does launch take?

A functional button-driven bot usually launches within a few days after the flow is agreed. A bot with a mini-app takes longer, depending on the number of screens and integrations. We'll name the exact timeline on the free consultation.

Can the bot take requests and orders?

Yes. The bot asks the client questions with buttons and hands you a completed request: name, contact, service. You can add time-slot booking, reminders, and integrations with your spreadsheets or CRM.

AI integration

How does cloud AI differ from a local server?

Russian cloud (YandexGPT, GigaChat) — data is processed on servers in Russia, under 152-FZ; it's faster and cheaper to launch. Your own AI server — a local model in your office: data physically never leaves the company perimeter. The second option is chosen where it matters — clinics, lawyers, working with personal data.

Does the model need to be "trained" on us?

Usually not. We use a RAG approach: the AI pulls knowledge from your documents (regulations, price lists, a question base) at the moment of answering. Change a document and the AI immediately answers the new way — nothing needs retraining. Fine-tuning the model itself is a rare case for specific tasks.

How does the pilot work?

We take one process (for example, answering standard requests), integrate AI into it and measure: response speed, hours saved, quality. You see the effect on a real task before paying for full integration across all processes.

What about data security?

In the cloud option we work through Russian services with data processing in Russia. In the local option the data never leaves your network at all. We set up access rights and logs to your requirements; sensitive data is not sent to foreign services.

How much does it cost and what makes up the price?

Integration of ready-made solutions — from ₽99,000. Your own AI server — from ₽290,000 plus server costs (the hardware depends on the model and the load). Maintenance and development after integration are agreed individually. We give an exact quote after reviewing your processes.

Will AI replace employees?

More likely it will take the routine off them. AI answers the standard stuff, sorts incoming messages, drafts documents — while people handle what requires judgment and responsibility. The AI hands complex cases over to a person.

Websites

What's included in each plan?

"Business-card site" — up to 5 pages with a payment option, for those who need a presence and requests. "Platform site" — user sign-up, payments, up to 10 main and up to 50 templated pages (product cards, for example). "Large-scale project" — a database-driven site for large companies.

Can payments be accepted on the site?

Yes. The business-card site has a basic payment option; the platform has a full cart and payment processing with a personal account. We connect payment processing through Russian payment services.

Who owns the hosting?

We set up the hosting and hand it over to you — the site is yours, the access is yours. Or we keep the hosting on our side under a maintenance plan, so you don't have to deal with the technical side.

What's included in maintenance?

Hosting on our side, updates, backups, content edits and minor improvements. The site is always available and up to date, and you don't have to think about the tech. The cost of maintenance depends on the site plan.

How long does development take?

A business-card site — usually a few days after the structure and copy are agreed. A platform and a large-scale project take longer, depending on the number of pages, integrations and the database. We'll name the exact timeline after reviewing the task.

Will the site be visible to AI assistants?

Yes, we build sites with a clean structure and question-and-answer blocks — easy for AI to "read". And if you want AI assistants to actively recommend you, that's the AI Search Visibility (GEO) direction, and it can be taken together with the site in the AllInclusive package.

Payment and general

Who do you work with — freelancers, sole proprietors, companies?

Everyone. We work as sole proprietor Igor Kryzhanovsky under contract. In the AI Search Visibility direction the price depends on your business type, because the scope of work differs for a freelancer and a company; for the other services prices are fixed regardless of business type.

What payment methods are there?

Payment by contract to the sole proprietor's settlement account. The details are on the Legal details page. Online payment acceptance on the site is currently being connected; until then we invoice directly.

Do you work under contract?

Yes. All services are provided under contract; the terms and procedure are described in the public offer, and data processing in the privacy policy.

Are the prices final or "from"?

For bots, websites and AI search visibility, prices are fixed per the price list. "From" appears only in "AI integration" — there the cost depends on the number of processes and the choice between cloud and your own server.

Can I order several services at once?

Yes, that's what the AllInclusive package is for: a website, Telegram and MAX bots, and distribution of these assets for AI search visibility — as one connected system. We tailor the scope and price to your task.

How do I start?

Message us or leave your phone number — we'll run a free consultation, review the task and propose a solution with a cost. No obligations. The "Contact us" button is at the top of the page.
